As part of the proposed transition to primary testing for human papillomavirus (HPV), the National Cervical Screening Programme (NCSP) is updating the Clinical Guidelines for Cervical Screening in New Zealand.
The guidelines are intended to provide high-level clinical guidance for those involved in caring for women along the cervical screening pathway. Detailed information about providing cervical screening services, including targets and performance indicators, is included in the NCSP National Policy and Quality Standards (NPQS), which are being reviewed separately.
This consultation document seeks your feedback on updated Clinical Guidelines for Cervical Screening in New Zealand.
The closing date for submissions is Friday 28 October 2016.
